Troubleshooting Bose Soundtrue

Which Apple products are compatible with Bose SoundTrue  headphones?

SoundTrue ™ headphones are compatible with selected Apple products, including most models of iPhone, iPad and iPod as well as most laptop models. The headphones have an in-line remote control that allows you to answer calls and control many of the audio features of your Apple device.

Are the SoundTrue ™ headphones compatible with other smartphones or music players?

Yes. Audio playback also works with other smartphones and music players when they have a standard 3.5mm connector. However, the volume control buttons only work with Apple devices and not with third-party devices. Answering / ending a call may be restricted; This is dependent on the respective telephone model.

Do these headphones offer an active noise reduction?

No. The SoundTrue ™ headphones provide a certain physical barrier to ambient noise, but they have not been designed for this purpose and are not equipped with active noise reduction. If you are interested in this technology, you should consider our Around-Ear QuietComfort® 15 Headphones or the On-Ear QuietComfort 3 Headphones.

Are these audio headphones wireless?

No. SoundTrue ™ headphones are not wireless. The cable, which is guided on one side, can be removed for easy storage, in order to avoid cable tangle.

How long is the warranty period for the SoundTrue ™ headphones?

The SoundTrue ™ headset is covered by a 2-year warranty.
